Now taking teams of 2 to 200
Every dollar your team spends, explained by Friday.
Cards for everyone, approvals that take one tap, and a month-end close that builds itself from the receipts your team already has.
No card fees. Books export to the accounting software you already use.

Example customers. Kestrel Ledger is a fictional company and these businesses are invented.
Three things, done properly.
Most spend tools are a card with a dashboard. Kestrel is the part after the swipe: the approval, the receipt, and the entry in the books.
Cards that know the budget
Every card has a limit, a category and an owner. When the marketing card hits 80% of its month, the owner hears about it before finance does.
Approvals in one tap
Requests over a limit go to the right person as a message, not a form. Approve from your phone. The card unlocks for that purchase only.
A close that finishes itself
Receipts are matched as they arrive. By the first of the month, the books are done except for the few lines that need a human.

See the year, not the statement.
Spend by month, by team, by card. Flip between what you paid and what you were billed and the chart re-draws in place.
Set the rules once.
Limits, categories and who signs off. Kestrel applies them at the moment of the swipe, so nobody has to chase anything afterwards.
Limits that follow the card, not the month.
Per card, per category, per vendor if you want. A limit can pause a card, ask for approval, or just send a note. You decide which.
- Monthly, weekly or per-transaction limits on any card
- Block categories outright, for example gambling or cash advances
- Temporary limits for a trip or a job, with an end date
Receipts arrive by text, email or photo.
After a swipe the cardholder gets a text. They reply with a photo. The receipt is read, matched and filed. Emailed receipts are matched from the inbox you forward.
- Reminders escalate on a schedule you set, then stop
- Under a threshold, no receipt required at all
- Every receipt kept for seven years, searchable
The books you already keep, one export away.
Categories map to your chart of accounts once. Every month after that, the export is a button, and it matches what your accountant expects.
- Exports for the common accounting packages, plus CSV
- Accountant access at no charge, read-only or full
- Locked periods, so a closed month stays closed
1stof the month. That is when the books are done, not when they start.
- 01
Swipe
The card checks its limit and category at the terminal. Nothing to do.
- 02
Receipt
A text asks for the receipt. A photo reply matches it to the charge in seconds.
- 03
Category
Coded from the vendor and the card's rules. The owner can change it with one tap.
- 04
Books
On the first, the export is waiting. Three lines flagged for a human, the rest done.
What a month looks like.
Example figures from the demo account above. Not a customer, not a benchmark, just the shape of a normal month.
Pricing that fits on a card.
Per company, not per card. Add as many people as you like on every plan.

Boring about security, on purpose.
Encrypted end to end
Card numbers are never stored on our servers. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Audit in progress
An independent security audit is under way. We will publish the report when it is finished, not before.
Freeze a card in a second
Lost card, odd charge, or someone leaves: freeze from the app or by text, instantly, from anywhere.
Questions
Is Kestrel a bank?
No. Kestrel Ledger is a fictional software company for this demo. A real product like it would issue cards through a partner bank and say so here, with the bank's name.
What does it cost to move over?
Nothing. Cards arrive within a week, the chart of accounts is mapped in a call, and your first close runs alongside your old process so you can compare.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes, at no charge, with read-only or full access. Most accountants prefer to run the export themselves on the first.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data, receipts included, is yours to export for ninety days after you leave. Cards stop working on the day you choose.
Close September in forty minutes.
Open an account today, cards arrive within the week, and your first close runs next to your old one so you can see the difference.
