  • Pool hours extended through Labor Day

    By request, the pool and sundeck stay open until 8:00 p.m. on weekends through September 7. Weekday hours stay 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A lifeguard is on duty whenever the gate is unlocked.

  • Fall beautification day, volunteers needed

    Saturday, September 19: mulch the entry beds, refresh the trail markers and clean up around the pond. Meet at the clubhouse at 9:00 a.m. Coffee from the Grounds Committee.

  • Architectural review before fence or deck work

    Any exterior change, including fencing, decking, sheds or paint colour, needs a signed Architectural Request Form on file before work begins. Turnaround is usually two weeks.

  • Kayak rack sign-up reopens

    Four rack spaces at the launch came free. Sign-up sheet at the clubhouse, first come first served, one boat per household.

  • Pool and sundeck

    Heated May through September. Shallow end, shaded pergola, lifeguard on duty.

  • Clubhouse and event room

    Reservable for birthdays, board meetings and the holiday potluck. Kitchen and folding tables included.

  • Pickleball and tennis

    Two resurfaced courts, striped for both. Sign-up sheet on the clubhouse board.

  • Walking trail

    A mile and a half of packed gravel looping past the pond, with a bench at the overlook.

  • Kayak launch

    A small dock on the inlet side of the pond. Rack space by sign-up each spring.

  • Playground

    Fenced, shaded, resurfaced last spring, next to the pavilion.

The green and the pondEleven acres in the middle of the loop that nobody owns and everybody uses. The pond is a spring-fed kettle hole; the pitch pines around it are older than the houses.
